From looking at other threads here, it seems clear that the ZChip modifies a 0-5V range input voltage, and then outputs that modified voltage. So, with all zeroes in the tables, the device should not modify the voltage at all and should act like a pass-through. Correct?

So, when doing a pull with all zeroes in the tables, why does my tuner see a 100hp drop in power from the stock vehicle?

What ever happened with this. Im curious as to what the final result was.

I unplugged the connectors from the stock MAP and MAP harness, reinserted, then checked the input and output voltages. Everything was fine (the device with all zeroes in the map followed the voltage to within 0.5%) and the car drove exactly as stock. So, all I can do is chalk it up to oxidisation on the stock connectors, causing a bad connection.
