Hey guys,
I have installed the Z-chip. My car is stock except for MBC and boost gauge.
Boost spikes to 24 settles at ~21-22 then dies to ~18 at 7600rpm.
I have driven the car 74 miles today with no problems at all. I repeat no ASC light, or any other warning of any kind.
Performance gain:
Feels great, I can tell the car picked up at least 75hp...I don't have easy access to a dyno to verify, but the butt-o-meter says ~75hp gain. I am also a little shy on boost compared to most people.
Pulls alot stronger to redline, It kinda feels like a 2-stroke the way the boost picks up so fast around 2500rpm.
Very happy with my purchase, Thanks TTP!

Well guys,
I finally got the service ASC light. Occurred tonight at 49-50º temps, runnig hard from 1-2-3 immediately after the 2-3 shift, that is the only way I have been able to produce it. All shifts done around 7200-7600 rpm.
If I shift at 7k I don't think I'll get it...I will play some more. Also the lower temps have increased boost slightly to 25psi spikes.

Post as much data about your car as you can, as you learn more! Thanks.

You may be touching the limiter which even with free revving, it will set it off on a stock car.
It is much easier to hit the limiter when you have 70-90whp more. It happens fast!

Nope, never hit the limiter, I know what that feels/sounds like as I have done just that when the car was stock.
This had NO LOSS in power just DING, ASC service light now on. I will drive the car easy until llalen3 reports cause of trannt/tcase failure.

At first I though it was the rev-limiter that caused the service warning as TTP stated above, but I soon realized as you have that it didn't have to hit it in order to pop the warning..
I should know something Monday as to the fluid loss issue. I did notice that there was pooled fluid atop the transfercase after I stopped, which was interesting. It may have been blown up there by wind forces, possibly.
