Ok so i took my car to the dealer this morning to get an oil change and when i got the car back i noticed a few things immediatley.
They reset both my trip meters, A and B were reset.
The car had the noticable stock bog when starting out in first
The car felt slower, backfired more then usual and on the way home from work i got WORSE gas milage then before.
So what im guessing is the Dealer Flashed my ECU to reset the periodic inspection warning and service engine soon light and now the ECU is learning all over again with the Z-Chip telling it what to do with the tune programmed on the chip.
What should i do?

Do not take the car to a dealer for the oil change. :)
Jokes aside. Check if they didn't disconnect the Zchip. If you removed the Zchip before a trip to SATAN then make sure the RPM wire is having a good contact after installation.
Do you have a wideband AFR meter? Send TTP a log to see if there is a significant change in the open loop AFR after possible dealer reflash.

Yeah i checked the connections and everything is hooked up and in good contact. i dont have anything to log with or an AFR meter. I guess ill have to pick one up.

This may sound dumb but worth a try..Why dont you take off the zchip completely and reinstall it again? Try that:)

Keep in mind the Zchip does not affect closed loop engine operation. So if there is a change in closed loop drivability there is something else.
Assuming connections are good, plugging and unplugging the Zchip won't do anything. It does not run on Windows
Not sure how far are you from TTP. They have entire Zeitronix setup to monitor several critical engine paramters and can see what dealer did to your car. It can be anything from a new ECU reflash to unplugged spark plug. They filled the car with oil, right?

Hope they filled it with oil and not something else lol!!
The only thing he can do is go back to Scott so he can diagnose the issue

You brought the X to the dealer complete with modifications?

i dont see what the big deal is.... i already know they are not going to cover anything if something breaks. Besides how else do you get rid of the annoying peroidic inspection light?
What should i do now that my ecu has been reset? Will it cause any probelms with the z-chip?

The periodic maintainance lamp can be reset by the vehicle owner/user.
Not sure if you were aware of that. It does not take any specialty tools to do it. One of our employees looked it up on evom and performed the procedure on the shopcar after the last oil change.

Car is fine today, i guess the ecu had to relearn everything.

Im having the same issue right now. Im not sure if they reflashed the car, but i have a strong feeling they disconnected the battery for some reason. The reason being is that when i drove out of the dealership, the window would not go down all the way with just a click on the button. I had to hold it down. Also when putting the windows back up it would only do it in increments. I drove the car and shut it off and started it again and the problem was solved. Does anyone know why they disconnect the battery? My car felt stock today, but after driving it a bit, it seems to be coming back around.

EVO X ECU needs to relearn long term window position trims
If the window trims are off the ASC light goes crazy.
