CEL - Bank 1 Lean

I keep getting the CEL Bank 1 lean when crusing at 80mph, with my foot on the gas, i have not checked to see if i get with cruise control. it was 51 degrees out today here in jacksonville florida.

I thought it was the test pipe the car but bank 1 is the primary o2 sensor.

I recently add the AMS High-flow cat and installed the NEW O2 sensor (since the other got F'd) and every once and awhile I get the P-0420 catalytic threshold too low or whatever. What is this from? Wrong location of the sensor on the pipe, or do I need an even greater spacer?

Too much flow, not enough cat.
No harm, but some tree huggers will tell you the code kills cute kittens.

how do you "fix the problem? aside from the obvious "put the stock cat back on" response. bigger spacer? or just keep using my OBDII built in to my wonderful Dashdaq/ZT-2 combo? lol
